Shipping and Return Policy
Alcohol Policy
Minors providing false information when obtaining alcoholic beverages over the Internet will face criminal prosecution and civil liability. Violators may be charged federally with wire and credit card fraud, and under multiple state laws prohibiting the attempted purchase or possession of alcohol by minors. Penalties include monetary fines, jail time, criminal probation, loss of driver's license and a criminal record that must be disclosed on job and college applications. Licensed sellers of alcohol (including wineries and retailers) who pay large fines and lose alcohol license privileges for sales to minors are entitled to sue the minor for compensation. All Internet customers must provide a credit card number and delivery address and can therefore be POSITIVELY identified to law enforcement. We will not ship wine to you if you are under 21, so don't waste your time.
Shipping Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of shipping wine, additional terms are in place to ensure our products are enjoyed by responsible, 21+patrons only.
• We DO NOT ship to PO boxes
• We DO NOT ship fewer than 6 bottles
• We DO NOT ship outside of PA (even to distributors)
All wine will be shipped via UPS Ground, with signature and over 21 confirmation. Someone over the age of 21 (with ID) must be available to sign for wine when it is delivered. We are able to deliver to business addresses, provided an age appropriate person is available to sign.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited to a gift card. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
